Behavioral Consultation Services
Versed Behavior LLC partners with educators, school teams, daycares, families, and community organizations to create effective behavior support systems that strengthen positive learning environments. We help teams understand challenging behaviors, build functional communication, and teach practical, meaningful skills. Our services include staff training, classroom observations, and individualized behavior plans. We provide hands on coaching and ongoing guidance to ensure strategies are applied consistently, supporting a safe, positive, and successful experience for every individual.
Family Support & Training
We empower families through ongoing education, coaching, and collaboration. Using Dr. Hanley’s Practical Functional Assessment and Skill Based Treatment framework, we help parents and caregivers understand the function of behavior, apply effective strategies at home, and maintain consistency across environments. Caregivers learn safe, compassionate, and practical methods to prevent severe and dangerous behaviors while supporting their child in developing communication, tolerance, and essential coping skills. Our goal is to help families create a calm, predictable environment where individuals feel respected, supported, and able to thrive. We believe meaningful progress happens fastest when families feel confident and empowered.
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy
Versed Behavior LLC provides individualized ABA therapy for children, adolescents, and adults to build communication, social, and daily living skills. Our approach promotes positive behaviors, reduces challenging ones, and emphasizes evidence-based, relationship-centered support from highly trained clinicians.
Our direct care model is intentionally focused rather than intensive. Unlike traditional comprehensive ABA, we provide up to 10 hours per week, targeting only the highest priority goals that directly impact safety, communication, and essential daily functioning. This focused model allows us to address meaningful, practical skills without attempting to treat every DSM related deficit, ensuring therapy remains effective, respectful, and aligned with each individual’s real-life needs.
ADOS-2 Autism Diagnostic Evaluation
At Versed Behavior LLC, we provide the ADOS 2 (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, Second Edition), a widely recognized, standardized, and evidence-based assessment used to evaluate autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in individuals from 12 months through adulthood. Assessments are administered by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) trained in ADOS administration.
The ADOS 2 offers valuable insight into an individual’s strengths and challenges across key developmental areas such as:
Communication – how the individual expresses themselves
Social Interaction – how they engage and connect with others
Repetitive or Restricted Behaviors – patterns, routines, and sensory responses
Please note: Versed Behavior LLC does not provide formal diagnoses. The ADOS 2 is one component of a comprehensive evaluation and requires a referral from your medical or mental health provider. After the assessment, a detailed report is sent directly to the referring provider to support the full diagnostic process.
